To redesign the original 9/11 Commissions Report book.
The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, is the official report of the events leading up to the horrid attacks that took place on September 11th. This bone chilling book was nominated for the National Book Award for Nonfiction. However, in my opinion, the cover design of the book needed to reflect the seriousness of the text. As this is a heart-breaking event that will remain instilled in American history, my goal was to give the cover a historical, yet emotional feel, rather than the current federal aesthetic.
