Project Goals

I want to encourage college students, along with young adults to be more proactive about their health. A mobile app that highlights the benefits of how simple healthy choices can not only prolong your life, but improve your mental health while trying to navigate adulthood.

Beyond the cliche of “go exercise,” there are simple things people can be doing for themselves. Little mundane everyday things what we might opt – out on such as flossing or brushing your teeth, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, or not staring at a screen for hours on end without taking a break. All the little things in the long run can lead to medical problems. The app isn’t meant to ‘lecture’ but to relate and motivate the consumer.
