Project Description
To completely redesign the original 9/11 Commissions Report book.
This redesign of the 9/11 Commission Report reimagines the original document as both a historical record and a visual memorial. The goal was to create a more engaging, emotionally resonant experience through improved layout, refined typography, and thoughtful visuals.
The bold red cover was introduced to replace the dull, bureaucratic original- chosen deliberately to command attention and reflect the urgency of the subject matter. I used red, white, and blue paper throughout the book as a subtle but intentional nod to the American flag, grounding the piece in national symbolism and honoring its historical significance.
The redesign features a more visually engaging layout with carefully refined typography, structured pacing, and supporting visuals that enhance clarity and emotional tone. Every element from composition to color, was considered to elevate the reading experience and create a deeper connection to the content.
