DC3 Rebrand

Goal

This was a sponsored project for DC3 [Detroit Creative Corridor Center]. The goal was to rebrand Detroit Creative Corridor Center, a design advocacy organization.

Concept

DC3’s organization goal is to promote Detroit’s economy through design. To emulate their values while giving them a fresh identity that is recognizable and speaks to design. With input from the client, explored names that more clearly defined the organization’s mission. We landed with the name to “Inter-Design.” The name itself speaks to multiple disciplines and collaboration. We wanted to develop a humanist and welcoming feeling, while still having the serious business aspect. The brand is meant to be constantly shifting color and size reflecting the diversity of design in the city.
